This recognition was accompanied by the Silver Award at the Olympia Health & Nutrition Awards, distinguishing Corfolia among the world’s finest olive oils for its health-protective properties.
In 2026, Corfolia was further recognised with Silver Awards at both the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards and the London Global Olive Oil Awards, two internationally respected competitions celebrating excellence in quality, craftsmanship and sensory characteristics. These distinctions affirm the balance, character and taste profile that define every bottle of Corfolia.

Sensory Analysis
The sensory evaluation of Corfolia, conducted by the Kalamata Olive Oil Taste Laboratory of the University of Peloponnese, confirmed the balance and harmony that define our olive oil.
With medium fruitiness, medium bitterness, and medium pungency, Corfolia expresses the authentic identity of Corfu’s native Lianolia variety — vibrant yet refined, with a lingering freshness that reflects its early harvest and careful extraction.

Aroma profile
The aroma analysis, performed by the same accredited laboratory, revealed Corfolia’s distinctive aromatic complexity.
Dominant notes of fresh-cut grass and olive leaf are enriched by subtler tones of artichoke, green pepper, and almond, creating a bouquet that is both green and delicately elegant.
These natural aromas — shaped by the Lianolia olive and the island’s terroir — embody the freshness, purity, and vitality that define Corfolia.

Corfolia's production process is certified under the ISO 22000:2018 standard by TÜV Austria, guaranteeing the highest level of food safety, traceability, and quality assurance at every stage — from the olive grove to the final bottle.
