These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.corfolia.com.
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy also apply to purchases made through our website and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
Before placing an order, you will have the opportunity to review the selected products, the total price, the shipping cost and the information you have provided, and to correct any errors.
To place an order, you must complete the checkout process, confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and select the final button confirming that the order involves an obligation to pay. Information about delivery, returns and refunds is available in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
After the order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and us is concluded when we send this confirmation.
The confirmation email will include a summary of your order. Please contact us promptly at info@corfolia.com if you identify an error in the information provided.
3. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in euros. The total amount payable, including the product price, shipping cost and any taxes collected by us, will be shown before you place your order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed when the order is placed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs clearance or courier handling fees may apply. These charges are not collected by us and remain the responsibility of the recipient, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The destinations to which we deliver, the applicable shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. The shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you place the order.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact telephone number.

5. Cancellations, Withdrawal and Returns

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the contract.
If a product is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law.
These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by these Terms and Conditions or our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The contract is concluded in English.
The order confirmation sent by email contains a summary of the order. Please keep this email for your records.
